Mojacar located on the south-east side of the province of Almeria. And Almeria Airport is perfectly placed for getting to this location. Almeria airport is approximately 80 km away and Murcia airport about 120 km. It certainly is the most charming resort town in south-eastern Spain. With white-washed houses and cobbled streets are scattered about at the top of a hill overlooking immaculate sandy beaches washed by the warm Mediterranean. American cartoonist Walt Disney is said to have been born here before emigrating with his parents to the United States. Luckily, the town has still retained much of its unique quality with its Moorish fortress called (El Torreon) and the Arch of (Luciana). As well as its whitewashed, winding streets, each of which seems to lead the traveler to a lookout over the Mediterranean.
